How to properly place the catheter

1. Prepare the area: Gently separate the legs so you can easily see the area where the catheter will be placed.

2. Position the wick: Tuck the soft gauze end of the wick between the buttocks and the outer vaginal lips (labia).

3. Align with body: Bring the legs back together. The top of the soft wick should be facing upwards, in line with the pubic bone.

4. Connect to system: Attach the catheter's tube to the tubing on the collection canister and turn on the system's pump.

5. Relax and urinate without fear or mess.
